"What I've Been Told" by Primitive Culture. Featuring David Davenport on bass. David, who played bass for many Madison bands over the years, passed away last week. A celebration of life will happen this Thursday. More info here.

"Didn't Leave Me No Ladder" by Paul Cebar. He was just made a member of the Wisconsin Area Music Industry awards Hall of Fame. Congrats!

"Might Get Lucky" by The Rousers. They have a 35th anniversary show May 18th at the Barrymore Theatre with Phil Gnarly and The Tough Guys and the Phat Phunction Horns. Want to help fund a documentary about the Rousers? Pitch in on their gofundme fundraiser.

"Future's So Bright" by TimBuk3. Pat MacDonald and Barbara K. formed this band in Madison, and the song was a huge hit.

"Set The World On Fire" by Hometown Sweethearts. Two reunion shows this Tuesday night at High Noon Saloon.

"Detour" by the Blue Olives. From the album Marmalade.

"All The Love" by Lo Marie. See her at Madison's Central Library this Friday!

"Sacrifice Ignored" by Kelsey Miles. From Warrior Songs Volume 2. produced by Jason Moon. This album which tells the stories of women veterans won the WAMI for album of the year at the WAMI's earlier this month.

"Not An Ordinary Woman" by Beth Kille. Another WAMI winner! Beth picked up the President's Award for her work with Girls' Rock Camp and other charities.

"Freedom" by WIlly Porter. From the album Human Kindness.

"Major's Groove" by the Bob Corbit Trio.

"Don't Hate Me For Loving You" by Teddy Davenport. From the album The Deepest Blue.

"I'm Learning" by Mike Massey. From the album Naked. We hear his old band Chaser has been in the studio. Stay tuned!
