Seattle is about to get grungy. According to Variety, the Seattle Repertory Theatre has a new musical in the works, set in the city’s early ‘90s grunge scene.

Variety reports that Nirvana’s former manager Janet Billig Rich is onboard and will be working on the musical, which tells the fictional story of an incredible grunge musician and the competition who potentially killed him. The best part? It’ll be set to actual ‘90s grunge music from BMG’s catalog, which includes Nirvana, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, and more.

While the list of songs to be used is still up in the air, it’s safe to say this might be a musical we can all get behind.
